Rutacaminosantiago.com is an online store specializing in custom maps of the ancient way to Santiago.

1.2 Payment
We accept credit card payment, bank transfer and PayPal. At the option of credit card payment, it is necessary that the issuing bank not benefit from the Protocol Secure Electronic Commerce Security (CES). Not be accepted card payments that do not meet this requirement.

3.1 I have gone wrong items or damaged What do I do?
If your product is defective, you can return it within 14 days. Please please contact our customer service department info@rutacaminosantiago.com your name or order number. A representative from our company will assist, which can help if you send by email a digital photo of the defect in his product with a clear description of the problem. We can not accept returns of non-defective products, because these are specially customized for you, as well as the law contemplates providing customized services.

3.3 If you return an item do I have to re-pay shipping?
